Send us an email to Orders@timepet.com.au with your account name and reference number and one of our fantastic team members will forward you a copy of your invoice.
There are a few ways for you to get in contact with your BA if you don't have their details saved.
1. You can call us at head office on 07 5531 3548 or email us at Missioncontrol@timepet.com.au and one of our team members will get in contact with you or forward your details to the respective Brand Ambassador.
2. You can use the appointment booking feature on the Brand Ambassador Page or use the Contact Us Form on the Contact Us Page.
3. We also have a live chat option that will be available between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that if a team member is unavailable an email will be sent to us and will be actioned as soon as possible.
We will accept the return of merchandise only if in a sellable condition and notification is given within 14 days of the invoice date. We will issue a credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
This is subject to the status of your order, if the order hasn't been processed by the warehouse we can add to your order. However, if the order has already been processed unfortunately we cannot make any changes and the additional items will be created as a separate order and may incur a freight charge if under $250 excluding GST.
Your first point of contact will be your Brand Ambassador. If they are unavailable please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Invoice number and the product issue you're having. Someone will contact you with a resolution as soon as possible.
