How to place an order?

Option One - Order Online (Quickest and most efficient option)

1. Visit www.timepet.com.au 2. Click on the LOGIN button (top menu bar). 3. Login with your email address and password (contact general enquiries if you are unsure of your login details). 4. Enjoy your online shopping experience.

Option Two - Email Us

1. Email your order to orders@timepet.com.au 2. Please include stockcode or barcode, description and unit quantity.

How do I request an invoice?

Send us an email to Orders@timepet.com.au with your account name and reference number and one of our fantastic team members will forward you a copy of your invoice.

What are your credit/return policies?

We will accept the return of merchandise only if in a sellable condition and notification is given within 14 days of the invoice date. We will issue a credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

I have placed an order, how do I add to it?

This is subject to the status of your order, if the order hasn't been processed by the warehouse we can add to your order. However, if the order has already been processed unfortunately we cannot make any changes and the additional items will be created as a separate order and may incur a freight charge if under $300 excluding GST.

I have been sent a product incorrectly, what should I do?

Your first point of contact will be your Brand Ambassador. If they are unavailable please email orderissues@timepet.com.au with your Invoice number and the product issue you're having. Someone will contact you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to purchase your products?

Yes, TimePet is a wholesale distributor that sells to businesses in the pet industry that hold an ABN. If you wish to become a stockist please go to our Register Page to request an account. If you would like to purchase some of Australia's best pet products please go to our Stockist's Page to see a list of retailers for your area.

What are your delivery time frames?

Please see the below table for our estimated delivery time frames. Please note if you live in a rural area there may be delays between 1 and 2 days. These time frames are based on after the order being invoiced:
